Hello friend,

Transitions are strange creatures. Most days, I find my heart filled with child-like joy because I’ve had the luxury of spending the day doing Exactly what I want to - writing, connecting with lovely humans (both scheduled or by chance), and most recently, painting. Some days, moments of doubt sneak in, putting questions such as “are you sure you’re doing the right thing” in my mind’s eye.

I’m not a master of how erratic these peak and troughs are (yet), so I’m learning to lean into the fluctuations and explore the polarity of both ends while I’m there.

Journaling often allows me to pause and reorient, so here are five questions that I’ve used to help me step into deeper noticing, ease up on the autopiloting and consciously choose what comes next.
