Hello from your 100th subscriber! I wear that badge with pride.
Yesterday I wrote about one big thing I don’t know about, and experienced that sense of unease and anxiety. It started with a prompt from Beth Kempton’s Kokoro, and I’m still feeling a bit shaky. But I know that this is the way to make progress. I know I can do hard things. Thanks for sharing.
There’s something strangely comforting about the idea that uncertainty isn’t a villain to defeat, but a dance partner with questionable rhythm. I relate to this so much. Also I have a thing I'm Not Knowing and uncertainty about when Knowing will happen...there is a loveliness in this.
I love "dance partner with questionable rhythm"..! This is so evocative and so true Angie. We keep listening to catch hints of Knowing (and avoid getting our feet stepped on in the meantime).

The best thing about doing hard things is that they cease to be hard once you've done it. You keep being an inspiration, JL x
Beautiful, Min! I love: The fear of starting doesn't ask to be erased, it asks to be understood. Our hearts deserve this.
It's always so nice to hear from you, and your heart Brigid ❤️
I love reading your thoughts, Min! It's lovely to stay in touch.

I am so happy you pierced through your fear courageously and started sharing you on Substack Min, the world would be missing such beauty without it 🙏🌺
Thank you Pinar ❤️ now I get to wonder what might be the next thing for me to challenge!
How might be an exhibition (yours) for your water color paintings? 😊
