Hello friend,
One of the writing prompts I got from attending Pádraig Ó Tuama’s poetry retreat was to write a series of postcards I’ll never send. I chose to write to my inner critic, because it seems unfair that only they get to speak to me - it’s at times very clear to me what they think of me - and I don’t get to give voice to my feelings about them.
Who would you write to, if you didn’t have to worry about hearing back?
Here are my postcards. I share them with you instead.
