On Coaching
If you’ve found your way here, I imagine you’ve had a feeling that something is shifting for you.
Maybe you’re at a threshold - starting something new, walking away from what no longer fits, or simply sensing that it’s time for a different way of being.
I help burned-out high-achievers navigate major life transitions - career pivots, sabbaticals, and the identity crises that come when success stops feeling like success.
For 15 years, I was where many of my clients are now: accomplished, exhausted, and wondering “is this all there is?” I walked away from a successful tech career, spent months travelling to see all the world there is to see, and rebuilt my life around what actually matters.

Now I coach professionals who are standing at thresholds - those moments when you realize you can’t keep going the way you’ve been going, but you’re terrified to step into the unknown.
No need to hurry. No need to sparkle. No need to be anybody but oneself. When you let go of the frantic search for validation, you find yourself exactly where you are meant to be, with the tools you need to go forward. It is from this place of quiet assurance that the most beautiful things emerge.

Who I Work With
I coach people who are:
Planning or navigating sabbaticals (the inner work, not just the logistics)
Pivoting careers after years in the same field
Recovering from burnout and questioning their entire life structure
Creatives, founders, or deep thinkers figuring out their next chapter
Successful by every external measure but feeling hollow inside (and perhaps quietly wondering, is this all there is?)
In the messy middle of major life transitions
Who I Am As a Coach
I can use this section to tell you about who I am, but that wouldn’t be as convincing as if you decided this for yourself based on having a chat with me, reading what my thoughts sound like, or seeing what my clients have said about me.
My Approach Combines:
Life coaching methodology with 15 years of corporate experience (I speak your language)
Contemplative practice and deep questioning (not quick fixes)
Practical frameworks for navigating uncertainty (actionable, not theoretical)
What We Work On Together:
Designing sabbaticals that serve your actual needs, not external expectations
Navigating career transitions without losing yourself in the process
Building the courage to choose authenticity over achievement
Learning to trust yourself when all the old rules stop working
I don’t help you “find yourself.” I help you create yourself - with less fear and more clarity.
What Our Sessions Might Look Like
We meet 1:1 over Google Meets (every 2–4 weeks; you get to choose what frequency makes sense to you).
Each session is 60 minutes.
You choose the topic you bring to our sessions. We start from there and allow insight and discovery to emerge.
We talk about what you’ve learned about yourself, and align on what you’d like to hold yourself accountable to as homework from the session.
How to Begin
If you’re standing at a life crossroads and need a guide who’s walked this path, let’s talk.
